At Happy Eyelids® I do things a little differently than the big retailers and there is a reason for that. This is a small indie brand and every single order is packed by hand by me personally. I simply cannot operate on a use-it-and-return-it model because that would put me out of business and I would not be able to keep creating for you. Here is how exchanges work.

 

Eyeshdow bases & sparkles: If you received the wrong item or changed your mind before opening or using the product I am happy to work with you on an exchange. The product must be untouched and in its original condition. Once a product has been used or opened I cannot accept it back.

 

This is not me being difficult this is me being real about what it takes to keep a small brand alive. That said I am always open to a conversation. 

 

Brushes: Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, I have a strict policy regarding returns for makeup brushes.

All purchases of these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I understand the importance of maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and ensuring the safety of my customers. By adhering to this policy, I can guarantee that all products are brand new and have not been used or tampered with.
