Thank you for visiting and shopping at Happy Eyelids®. I am so glad you are here and I want you to know exactly how shipping works so there are no surprises.

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and I do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days so please allow a little extra time.

If there will be a significant delay I will reach out to you personally via email or phone.

Shipping within the USA is free on orders of $35 or more.

For my international customers free shipping is available on orders of $85 or more.

 Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and it will be active within 24 hours.

 

Now here is the part I want to be really transparent about especially with international orders. Once I drop off your package at the carrier that is where I lose control. I know that sometimes packages get delayed damaged or even lost and I understand how frustrating that is. But the honest truth is that once it leaves my hands there is only so much I can do on my end. 

 

Any customs duties or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer and I have no control over those fees. If your package arrives damaged please contact the carrier to file a claim and make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods. That said I want you to know that I am always here for you.

 

 Even though the official policy says I am not liable for shipping damage or loss I have taken care of my customers in the past because this brand is personal to me. I know my customers and when something goes wrong I do my best to make it right. There have been cases where packages were lost and I stepped in with a refund or replacement because it was the right thing to do.

So while I cannot promise to cover every situation that is out of my hands I can promise that I will always listen and I will always try to help.
