Refund policy

At Happy Eyelids® I do things a little differently than the big retailers and there is a reason for that. This is a small indie brand and every single order is packed by hand by me personally. I simply cannot operate on a use-it-and-return-it model, because that would put me out of business and I would not be able to keep creating for you. Here is how exchanges work.

 

Eyeshdow bases & sparkles: If you received the wrong item or changed your mind before opening or using the product -  I am happy to work with you on an exchange.

The product must be untouched and in its original condition. Once a product has been used or opened I cannot accept it back.

 

This is not me being difficult,  this is me being real about what it takes to keep a small brand alive. That said, I am always open to a conversation. 

 

Brushes: Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, I have a strict policy regarding returns for makeup brushes.

All purchases of these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I understand the importance of maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and ensuring the safety of my customers. By adhering to this policy, I can guarantee that all products are brand new and have not been used or tampered with.

 

For orders totaling $50 or more, I include USPS Signature Confirmation on your shipment at no extra cost to you, ensuring your package requires a signature upon delivery rather than being left unattended. Once a package is marked as delivered and signed for by the carrier at the shipping address provided at checkout, Happy Eyelids® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after that point.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please file a claim directly with USPS, as they are responsible for investigating packages after a confirmed delivery scan.

I am not able to issue refunds or reshipments for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If a shipping address has a history of delivery issues, I reserve the right to require Signature Confirmation on all future orders to that address, regardless of order value.
