1. Are these brushes designed for hooded eyes?



Yes — Happy Eyelids® tools are thoughtfully engineered for the needs of hooded, deep-set, monolid, protruding, downturned, and mature eyes.

Every shape and density is based on real eyelid geometry and the unique challenges of lids where space is hidden, folded, or uneven.

5. Are the Happy Eyelids® eyeshadow bases crease-proof?



Not exactly — and that’s intentional.

These bases were created specifically for unconventional placement techniques used on hooded, deep-set, monolid, and mature lids.

They are not meant to be placed inside the mobile lid fold like traditional primers.


Instead, they are designed to be:


  • Blendable
  • Adjustable
  • Beginner-friendly
  • Flexible without cracking
  • Very pigmented
  • Long-lasting + waterproof once set



They don’t fully dry like gel liners — that’s what allows you to correct, practice, and master your geometry without rushing.


When placed in the right spot and set with shadow, they stay beautifully without smudging.





6. Do the bases smudge?



If you follow correct hooded-eye placement (above the crease, not inside it), the bases stay stable.

They hold pigment extremely well and are designed for structure, not for lid-sticking techniques meant for non-hooded eyes.





7. Are the bases good for beginners?



Yes — they’re one of the most beginner-friendly formulas because they:

Carriers often scan packages early.
