All sales at Happy Eyelids® are final once your order has shipped. If you need to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible and ideally within the first 24 hours.

 

 I often pack and ship orders the same day sometimes within just a few hours so I cannot guarantee cancellation even within that window.

 

 If your order has already shipped - in that case you would need to wait to receive your package and then ship it back to me at your own cost.

Once I receive the returned items and confirm that everything is in its original untouched condition I will issue a full refund. Products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for a refund.
